Duck lard
Duck lard is a handy product in a mug. Seasoned with selectively selected spices. Because of its taste and health-related values, it has always been a highly desirable product. In the old-Polish traditional cuisine it was a dominant type of fat, due to the appreciated flavor and smell bouquet, and the ease of obtaining a golden color and crispy crust of prepared dishes.
