Guinea fowl with bacon
Fine meat now with unique juiciness thanks to bacon strips. Guinea fowl from the Barycz Valley, hand-wrapped in bacon strips, tastes excellent. Just put it in the casserole and roast it in the hot oven for around 90 minutes in 180°C.
